Nimble-ad.jpgIMG_Her Majesty 330.JPGAfter learning Queen Elizabeth II was going broke, short-term lender, Nimble has stepped in to help with palace renos.

In a swift response, Nimble, in collaboration with agency partners Clemenger BBDO Brisbane and Red Agency Melbourne, updated the application form at nimble.com.au to now include the royal title, ‘HM’.

Nimble has also contacted the British Monarchy via Twitter and Facebook to extend its most gracious offer.

This was supported by a notice in the Sunday Herald Sun (top) and a surprise appearance by ‘the Queen’ herself at St Kilda Beach on Saturday.

Nimble, which recently launched its ‘unexpected happens’ campaign, has raised its profile considerably in the past 12 months with television ads featuring an unexpected twist, such as two pregnant men pondering the price of walnut nursery furniture.

“Nimble is about offering a fast solution to people when those unexpected expenses happen in life and in this instance it goes to show it can happen to almost anyone,” said Nimble Chief Operations Officer Sami Malia.
