RAPP Sydney appoints ex-Walt Disney UK’s Rob Voase into the role of CRM planning director

Voase joins the team from the UK where he has gained a wealth of experience in data-driven strategies with most recently leading the planning and implementation of Disney and Marvel CRM programs at The Walt Disney Company.

Previous to this, Voase worked with brands such as Vodafone, Games Stores Group and Activision developing expertise within reward / loyalty programs, eCRM, retention strategies, data planning and customer insights positioning him as a perfect fit for the full-service agency.
