IMG_3739.jpgSapientNitro’s Sydney staff have brightened up a vital respite centre for people suffering from MS, as part of the Optus RockCorps volunteering program.

MS Australia operates the Studdy MS Centre in Lidcombe, which received a refresh courtesy of the 16 SapientNitro volunteers who brought back vibrant colour to the centre.

IMG_3802.jpgThe work completed by the team included two large murals, one ocean themed around the centre’s pond, and a jungle themed mural in the play area.

Graffiti was removed and run-down areas of the building were repaired and repainted to give an overall fresh lease on life to the centre, which provides important support for people with MS, their family, carers and health care professionals.

The Optus RockCorps program offers a ticket to the exclusive Optus RockCorps gig at Sydney’s Luna Part in exchange for the volunteer work. Volunteers not in Sydney receive a $70 Ticketmaster voucher.
