The Precinct launches Mexican Fiesta in style

The Precinct Studios held an exclusive launch last night for the premiere of their latest TV series, Mexican Fiesta with Peter Kuruvita. Held at Bondi mezcal bar and restaurant, Mr Moustache – the night offered up the dishes featured during the show so the guests could not only see the food on screen but got to taste them as well. Dishes including braised short ribs with pico de gallo and a sensational Mexican seafood cocktail alongside a very healthy serving of authentic Mexican mezcal – well it wouldn’t have been a fiesta without that now, would it!

Mexican Fiesta aires every Thursday night from 7:30pm on SBS1 and sees acclaimed chef and adventurer Peter Kuruvita embark on an incredible journey of culinary discovery through Mexico. From the north to the south he explores the vibrant, mouth-watering tastes that have made Mexican one of the world’s favourite cuisines.
