Now in its third season, Young Glory has become a global platform for emerging creative talent, with professionals and students from more than 130 countries participating each month.

Unlike other awards programs, Young Glory spans 8 briefs over an 8 months period. So talent that rises to the top of Young Glory has proven it’s work ethic and creative adaptability on a global scale – something any agency wants in new hires.

The format has attracted some of the industry’s most illustrious creative directors as judges. From AKQA’s Rei Inamoto to R/GA’s Nick Law, to Wieden+Kennedy legend Jim Riswold, as well as leaders from the likes of BBH, JWT, OgilvyOne, CP+B, SID LEE and TBWA/Worldwide .

YG Talent offers agencies the opportunity to hire young to mid-level art directors, copywriters and designers from the four corners of the globe, solving an ever-present issue on agencies’ agendas: hiring the talent that will keep increasingly digital and diverse creative departments brewing.

Says Rafik Belmesk, co-founder of Young Glory: “We realised that we were sitting on a real goldmine of talent  – talent that was tested and vetted by some of the industry’s finest. So we thought why not allow agencies to tap into that?

“Through our monthly participations, we’re able to identify the next generation of  creative superstars before everyone else. And most importantly for agencies, before they become too expensive.”
