AWARD announces Integrated, New Product Development and Creative Innovation finalists

Thumbnail image for 4C6C0728.jpgdumb+ways+to+die+2.jpgCB Exclusive: The Communications Council has today announced the last set of finalists in the 35th AWARD Awards, across three categories: Creative Innovation, Integrated and New Product Development. 

Judges selected four finalists for Creative Innovation: Finch for Save Our Sons and the Duchenne Foundation ‘The Most Powerful Arm ever invented’, The Monkeys Sydney for Intel ‘Intelligent Sounds’, JWT Sydney for RAC ‘The Attention Powered Car’ and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne for Tourism Victoria ‘Remote Control Tourist.’

There were two campaign shortlisted for New Product Development: Randon House/The Footpath Library ‘Mailbooks for Good’ via BMF Sydney and Art Series Hotel Group ‘Overstay Checkout’ via Naked Communications, Sydney.

Ten finalists were selected for Integrated, with McCann Melbourne picking up three places in the category: Metro Trains ‘Dumb Ways to Die’, Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation ‘100 Day Challenge’ and Dept. of Families Housing Community ‘Impossible Orchestra’.

DDB New Zealand was shortlisted for Hutchwilco ‘Secret Fishing Spots’ and YWCA Auckland ‘Demand Equal Pay’, FCB New Zealand for the Mini/SPCA ‘Driving Dogs’ campaign, Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne for NAB ‘Footify FM’, Whybin\TBWA NZ for CAANZ Effies ‘Results don’t lie’, The Monkeys Sydney for Boost Mobile ‘Boost Stay Living’, Leo Burnett Sydney for Diageo ‘Road to Recovery’ and Host Sydney for Australian Indigenous Education Foundation ‘The PM Campaign’.
