watch-with-mother.jpgStarting next week – from April 1 to April 5 – Sony’s FEARNET will be showcasing four uniquely dark and comic series across the USA in a nightly 2-hour block called ‘Twisted Comedy’.

Included in the selection of shows is Australian collective The Glue Society’s outrageous sketch horror series “Watch With Mother”. Also featuring is Steve Coogan’s “SOS”, and Reece Shearsmith & Steve Pemberton’s latest series “Inside No.9” alongside their previous show “Psychoville”.

In conjunction with the darkly comedy TV event, horror fans will be able to access a live “Twisted Comedy” simulcast on FEARNET.com.

The Glue Society’s show was released online in Australia last year and remains available as an App on the Apple & Google App Stores. But since its unveiling, the sketch horror show has generated interest from broadcasters around the world – with an Australian broadcast expected later this year.

The show follows a provocative “exercise in experimental entertainment” – exploring the dark side of suburbia, and challenging viewers to be disturbed by what is innocent, while laughing at the horrific.

The series was created, written, and directed by The Glue Society and produced by Revolver.
