Foxtel appoints MercerBell to handle CRM and company’s customer + business digital business

MercerBell will also work alongside CHE Proximity to deliver the larger integrated campaigns that span Customer and Acquisition. The appointment follows a closed pitch that saw MercerBell edge out larger international agencies for the consolidated business.
