The Suncorp Group appoints content marketing agency Edge to create Business Insurance Hub

image001.jpgThe Suncorp Group, including AAMI, GIO and Vero, has appointed content marketing agency Edge to spearhead its new joint venture, the Business Insurance Hub.

Working closely with insurance experts from the Suncorp Group, Edge will deliver a suite of content and tools to help small to medium businesses become more informed about business insurance. This will include a mix of opinion editorials, articles, snackable social content and tools.

Says Richard Parker, Edge’s head of strategy: “Producing regular content for the Business Insurance Hub is one way the Suncorp Group plans to support Australian businesses in their efforts to research business insurance online.

“For an online resource to be relevant and engaging there must be a constant flow of current news and information about changes in the market, as well as tools that assist the decision making process, whichever channel they ultimately choose.

“Edge will be helping to breakdown the industry jargon to produce easy to understand content that makes sense. This content will underscore the long-term strategy for the website to be the premier resource for Australian business insurance information.”

Not only will Edge produce the content for the Business Insurance Hub, it has designed and built the website.

Edge has also won the account to produce the content for Suncorp Super. Suncorp is the latest addition to Edge’s list of clients which includes AAMI, which the agency has worked with since October 2013. Edge’s other clients include Woolworths, Bacardi Lion, Australia Post, Volkswagen, Westpac and Adobe.
