Clemenger Group calls for Australia's best graduates; program's 2015 intake closes Sept 12

IMG_5202_0149[1].jpgThe Clemenger Group today launched its 2015 Graduate Program and is offering 14 graduates an opportunity to experience working in different Clemenger Group companies in Sydney and Melbourne.

Application for the program's 2015 intake close on 12 September 2014, with information available on the Clemenger Group website and Graduate Program Facebook Page. The program also runs in New Zealand, with applications for graduates opening in the coming weeks.
The program, which has seen over 200 participants since its inauguration in 2007, offers graduates the opportunity to gain experience across mainstream advertising, experiential and shopper marketing, public relations and research.
Candidates don't need to have studied marketing or advertising, but do need to be curious, driven and creative to land a position in Australia's largest and most-awarded advertising and communications network.
Says Deb Muddell, Clemenger BBDO Sydney's people development director and manager of the Australian program: "We want to grow future leaders who have a fundamental understanding of a cross section of marketing communications disciplines. These are the people who will succeed in a future where lines between historic communications disciplines are blurred or non-existent.
"We are thrilled with the success to date of the Clemenger Group Graduate Program and we believe the training and career opportunities for our successful graduates are second to none. We have been delighted with the sheer energy and smarts this young talent bring to our businesses."
The Program is unique in Australia as it exposes young talent to the unrivalled scale and scope of individual companies and communications expertise within the Group in a diverse range of fields.
Successful graduates rotate through Clemenger Group companies in Sydney and Melbourne for nine months, spending three months in companies including Clemenger BBDO, Porter Novelli, Traffik, URSAClemenger and CHE Proximity.
In 2015, for the first time the program will extend to other companies within the Clemenger network such as Redhanded, specialists in rural and regional brands, and specialist research agency Hall and Partners Open Mind.
Says Tiffany Vitti, 2014 graduate from the University of Technology Sydney: "It's great to rotate around and see the different sides of the communications industry. My experience in PR at Porter Novelli has been just as useful and interesting as my experience at Clemenger BBDO in advertising. I'm keen for my next rotation as all the insights you gain from working in the different agencies and with different clients is eye opening for someone like me who is new to the game."
