Aussie IT girl Jess Hart shines for Portmans in new multi-channel campaign via Jane, Melbourne

Shot on location in New York, the multi-channel campaign kicked off nationally last night with a television commercial that sees Jess shine as she turns the city into her personal catwalk. The first of two edits to air this month, the spot features a refreshed summer mix of iconic pop song Diamonds, created exclusively for the spring / summer campaign.

Since being engaged as lead agency on the brand in 2010, Portmans has gone against the grain of Australian retail delivering outstanding results with increased profitability and customer engagement.

Says Jane creative director and founder, Daniel Pollock: “The rise of the world wide wardrobe effect has had a massive impact on Australian retailers and those who embraced the digital space early have thrived. Our first role in 2010 was to develop not just a brand strategy, but a digital strategy that would transition Portmans into this exciting new phase of retail.”

To support the brand’s growing online presence, Jane also created a series of fashion GIFS and cinemagraphs that will play across social channels and Portmans online style guides.
