The agency was also a finalist with RB in two further categories, 'Excellence in Patient/Customer Support' and 'Innovation'.

Says Stuart Black, CEO, Ward6: "We aim to be the most creative health/wellness agency in the country but we can't go close to achieving that without clients who believe in the value of innovation.

"We are privileged to work with such companies. We believe that the audience we're communicating with can and should be inspired by the depth of our thinking and the quality of our execution.'

Black believes this is both a challenging time for the industry and an exciting one.

Says Black: "The work being done in the digital space is opening new doors all the time. We're quietly confident the best is yet to come."
