International Emmy nom for ‘Nowhere Boys’ TV series directed by Mr Smith’s Peter Carstairs

Nowhere Boys, the television series directed by Mr Smith director, Peter Carstairs has today been nominated for a 2014 International Emmy Award for Best Kids Series.
Carstairs directed three episodes of Season One of the series produced in Melbourne by Matchbox Pictures for which he was also nominated for an Australia Directors Guild (ADG) Award.
Carstairs joined Mr Smith earlier this year and continues to direct strong performance and comedy commercials. His latest work includes Betfair’s “Win So Hard it Hurts” spot for cummins&partners.
The International Emmy Awards will be announced in New York on 20 February 2015.
