Taylor-Ziane joins 31ST:SECOND as strategy director and will work across all accounts including Nestlé, Bacardi Lion and Campbell Arnott’s. Originally from the UK, Taylor-Ziane has joined 31ST:SECOND from Pacific Magazines where she worked as consumer insights and strategy manager and more recently from Landor Associates as director of strategy.

Says Taylor-Ziane: “I’m delighted to be joining 31ST:SECOND – an agency which is highly creative, smart and savvy. There are some integral campaigns planned for 2015 that will really showcase what the agency is capable of strategically and creatively – I’m excited to be part of this.”

Newly appointed art director Malcolm Gray who has previously worked as head of art at The Collaborative Agency and BADJAR Ogilvy Melbourne will also lead new business development at 31ST:SECOND.

Says Gray: “You would struggle to find a bunch of more talented and hilarious people than the team at 31ST:SECOND. Joining these guys is like being picked for the top team in the competition, except you never thought it would be so much fun.”

Says Rachael Egan, executive creative director at 31ST:SECOND: “We are extremely excited to have Taby and Malcolm on-board as part of the 31ST:SECOND team. We are confident Taby has the talent and experience to make a difference to our offering, and we’re looking forward to Malcolm strengthening our current and prospective clients and brands.”

Both appointments are effective immediately.
