Fitzhardinge fills some of the void left after the departure of managing director Mike Morrison back in June, 2014 after only 18 months in the role.

Fitzhardinge told CB: “I am extremely pleased to be joining and leading the team at Innocean. There is nothing but great potential here. We are very lucky to have two of the world’s great automotive brands working with us, both with wonderful ambition and the product and smarts to match. In a way, I feel my career has led me to this role and it’s going to be as fun as it will be challenging. We have done some good stuff but I know we can do more.”

Fitzhardinge joined Whybin\TBWA as client service director in 2010 and promoted to managing director in May 2012. Before Whybin’s he was general manager at Leo Burnett Sydney from 2007 until 2010.

Before Burnett, Fitzhardinge spent 13 years at George Patterson, rising to the position of partner, head of client management.
