IdeaWorks Sydney lures ex-Microsoft head of channel marketing Danny Lattouf for MD role

20cff7a.jpgIdeaWorks has appointed Danny Lattouf, former head of channel marketing at Microsoft, as managing director of its Sydney operation.

Lattouf, has more than 15 years retail and shopper marketing experience, working with brands such as Xbox, Windows, Surface, Sony Pictures, Sony Ericsson, Adidas, and Dell. Most recently, he led Microsoft’s award-winning retail go-to-market strategies and execution across their entire portfolio in Australia. A retail team widely recognised for delivering global best practice campaigns and taking home Silver, Gold, and Pinnacle POPAI ANZ Awards in 2014.

Says Lattouf: “Over the past four years I’ve had the pleasure of building, leading and working with a brilliant team at Microsoft. I’m very excited about this next stage in my career, leading the highly regarded IdeaWorks Sydney business through the ever evolving, dynamic and exciting retail and shopper environment.”

Lattouf starts in early February, replacing Sydney managing director Christopher Lyons, who is returning to Asia.
