Two leading industry professionals, one representing ‘the little guy’ and the other ‘the big end of town,’ will debate why innovation in the marketing and advertising industry is important from their different perspectives.

In this case, ‘David’ is Andre Eikmeier, co-founder and joint CEO of Vinomofo, the nimble and successful online wine site which has over 260,000 members, while ‘Goliath’ is Mark Drasutis, head of innovation at News Corp Australia, which brands itself as the number one media company in the country.

David ( Eikmeier) will talk about how the little guy can provide big opportunities for innovation while Drasutis in the Goliath role will talk about how the big end of town have successfully applied these lessons and embraced their entrepreneurial instincts.

The event takes place Monday, 13 April, 6.00pm-8.30pm, at The Advertiser, Level 5, 31 Waymouth Street, Adelaide.

Tickets are $35 for ADMA members, $25 for 30Below members and $40 for non-members. Ticket price includes drinks and canapés and a chance to go into a draw to win an ADMA online short course. To register, visit: http://www.30below.com.au/events-3/davidgoliath/.
