FUGU & TAKO continues epic buddy adventure to graphic novel glory with help from Kickstarter

FUGU & TAKO is a popular online film with outstanding visual effects, written and directed by LA based Aussie expat Ben West.

The film has featured on Stash, Short of the Week, and Vimeo Staff Picks. Now we see the story take on a new chapter on Kickstarter as Project of the Day.

West is creative director at Academy Award winning visual effects studio, Framestore, based in Los Angeles.

With more than a decade of experience as a VFX supervisor and director, West has worked on hundreds of commercials, television episodes and feature films. He initially studied architecture at the University of Technology, Sydney, before an animation degree sparked a career in visual effects and led to a job at Animal Logic in Sydney.
