Guilty’s Benn Jae directs Megan Gale in McCann Melbourne’s ‘True Match’ spot for L’Oreal Paris
Guilty’s Benn Jae has directed the new TV & Cinema spot featuring Megan Gale, one of the international spokesmodels for L’Oreal Paris via McCann, Melbourne.
McCann chose Jae to direct this luscious looking piece, featuring the gorgeous Megan Gale, as she recounts the ‘story’ of her own skin.
Inspired by the international campaign featuring other spokesmodels Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Blake Lively and others, the immediate task was to produce a piece of higher standard than what Paris has been setting globally.
“Megan was a delight to work with, and I’m thrilled to deliver a piece that showcases her classic and flawless beauty,” says Jae. “I was searching for an intimacy within this spot that remained true to the international campaign, while sharing Megan’s story with honesty.”
Coming from a background in stills fashion and beauty, Jae was a natural choice for this project with his subtle skills brought to the fore.
