The campaign commemorates the centenary of the First World War and is a moving tribute to the 57,705 Queenslanders who served their country during this time.

Screen Shot 2015-04-14 at 7.21.20 am.jpgThe integrated campaign includes activity in TV, press, radio, digital, cinema and media relations and a dedicated online presence was developed to support the campaign at qld.gov.au/anzac100.

Says Tim Weger, managing director, Engine: “The letters themselves are incredibly powerful and moving communications in their own right.  It was a humbling experience to shine a spotlight on them through this campaign.”

Says Kory Mcavoy, Engine creative director: “To work on something so meaningful was such a gift for us at Engine. It was an incredibly touching campaign to create – from digging deep into the worlds of all our ancestors, all the way through to finding the most respectful way to give their stories a voice on behalf of them. We had an amazing team from the industry and also client side who were all as equally passionate about the authenticity of this campaign as we were.”
