The Smith Family launches new film, part of #TalesOfThe1in10 campaign via The Solid State

Building upon its #TalesOfThe1in10 animated campaign, nonprofit children’s charity The Smith Family has launched its third animated film via The Solid State, Sydney called ‘Jess & The Mighty Journey’.
The campaign aims to raise awareness about disadvantaged Australian kids.
The rest of the animated films will be released throughout the year. The films are based on true stories of kids that have come through the doors of The Smith Family.
Says Anna-Maria Egisto, digital producer, The Solid State: “Using animation we can see their stories without revealing who they are. Hopefully we can emotionally affect people with some of these heartbreaking stories and they in turn will share the films to spread awareness.”

Yeah it’s mad isn’t it … even approaches to content feel dated now.
