Grey Sydney hires designers Josh Harvey and Cohan Banfield + Matt Simms as strategic planner

Josh Harvey (centre) and Cohan Banfield (left) join Grey as designers for the creative team while Matt Simms (right) joins as strategic planner. All three are based in Sydney and will work across all Australian clients.

Harvey, a digital designer specialising in UX & motion graphics, joins Grey from Spinklr UK where he created visual experiences for Heineken, Sony, Cadbury and global gaming giant, Zynga. Harvey will be responsible for developing integrated and interactive experiences across mobile, web and social media.

Banfield, a multi disciplinary designer with experience across print, photography, web and online media joins Grey as digital designer. Banfield is skilled with motion design, and his film

project ‘RAW The Movie’ was the winner of ‘Best Cinematography’ at the New York Surf Film Festival.

Simms joins from Bite (UK and Hong Kong) where he led digital, social, data and content strategy development for clients including FedEx, Tencent, Verizon and 21st Century Fox. Simms will be responsible for the digital and social planning, and will be working closing with Grey Sydney’s newly appointed national planning director, Danish Chan.
