Banjo & Matilda launches new film ‘Seven Daze’ with Cheyenne Tozzi via Go Forth Content
Go Forth Content, a US and London based independent branded entertainment company run by Aussie expats has today released its latest film entitled: Seven Daze, for luxury cashmere label, Banjo & Matilda.
Fresh off the back of her recent directorial accolades in Europe and America, Tahyna Tozzi-MacManus directed and produced the film that features sister Cheyenne Tozzi on location in Avalon Australia, with a soundtrack of original music from the model.
Says Tozzi-MacManus: “It was incredible to work for such a prestigious brand as Banjo & Matilda, and to shoot alongside my sister was an added bonus. Cheyenne trusts me and I trust her – we know what works for one another, so the experience was lovely and seamless.”
With its unique approach to luxury knitwear, the cult cashmere label is celebrating its eighth year in business, with prime positioning in world leading retailers including; Net- a-Porter, Shopbop, Harvey Nichols London, Neiman Marcus, Intermix New York and David Jones Australia.
Says Tozzi-MacManus: “Banjo & Matilda encapsulates an effortless lifestyle that I can relate to, and I wanted to express that in my film. I wanted to strike a free flowing, fly on the wall tone, while showing off the beautiful collection in an interesting way.”
Oren, Tozzi-MacManus’ first narrative short, was an official selection at Court Métrage 2015, the short film corner of the prestigious Festival de Cannes. It also competed at the St Tropez International Film Festival, the International Film Festival of Cinematic Arts, the Hollywood Short Film Festival, and the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival, where it won Best International Short.
Says Tozzi-MacManus: “It’s an incredible honor to have my film recognized. Stepping behind the camera was exhilarating for me, the work that goes into writing and producing, followed by the time you spend on set working with the actors and crew.”
Go Forth Content is a creative co-op of young directors and producers who make and share, entertaining short and long form branded films. The company most recently produced work for Bonds Australia and Jan Logan Fine Jewellery.

I really like the honesty in this. Well done to everyone involved. Shot beautifully, and the editorial rhythm is so on point, Walter Merch could well be rewriting books on editing. Nice guys, positivity. And no O don’t work there, and I don’t give to hoots if you care. So there. Nice one guys. Positivity!!!!!
Every cliché well preserved, excepts the guy, but hey in 2015 who needs guys in advertising any-more. Let the big love in continue.
just shows you don’t need an agency. or an idea. or even talent for that matter.
can i please have those however-bloody-long that pile of nothingness dragged on for back?
Here is another similar film shot in the same house.

can we stop calling this kind of content FILM? it disrespects the craft. this is a compile of vignettes.
contrived self-indulgent rubbish.
You are right, you shouldn’t care what other people think.
However, you should care about grammar and spelling otherwise you may come across as one of those puppies with too much positivity and not enough ability.
By the way, until you have won a number of Oscars for your editing ability, please do not compare the Banjo & Matilda shit with any of the work ever carried out by Walter Murch, it only makes you look even stupider.
So, to recap: It’s “Murch” not Merch. It should be “I don’t…” not “O don’t…” And it’s “two hoots” not “to hoots.”
Back to your sandbox.
I think this great. Simple, pretty ,clean. Great editing and nice visual textures. It’s a behind the scenes campaign video and I think they have done a great job! I second Noice on positivity!!!!
The problem with the latest buzzword (‘Content’) for online strategy that we’re all supposed to bow down to this year, is that there is not one example of it working, or managing to pull eye balls away from what people really want to do – watch an episode of their favourite TV show when they get a spare hour, or watch animal clips online.
I’d rather go out and watch some ‘long form content’. Eg see a movie.
