The-Hallway_2015 (1).jpgIndependent advertising agency The Hallway has scooped another win with award-winning online fashion retailer Birdsnest.

Starting life as a bricks and mortar store in Cooma in 2004, Birdsnest is now a multi million dollar business, attracting over 10,000 visitors to its website a day and amassing over 90,000 Facebook fans. The company now employs over 100 staff, stocks more than 250 women’s fashion labels and delivers an impressive 500 parcels a day. Its mission is to provide support to women by solving their daily wardrobe dilemmas, and inspire them to discover, create and celebrate their individual style. In 2013, the business won the Best Customer Service Experience category in the Australian Online Retail Industry Awards.

Birdsnest founder, Jane Cay, puts the company’s success down to their unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, and an innate understanding of their customers’ needs.

Says Cay: “Our customers are at the centre of everything we do – from their very first interaction with us and every touch-point from then on. Our entire customer service approach is tailored to the individual at the other end and we believe this has gone a long way in the company’s success to date. Our focus moving forwards is to continue to grow our customer base and reach a new set of Birdsnest fans. We are thrilled to be working with The Hallway to develop this exciting new chapter in the Birdsnest story.”

Tasked with growing the Birdsnest brand and crafting the long-term communications strategy, The Hallway has already started working with the flourishing online retailer.

Says Jules Hall, CEO, The Hallway CEO: “In the ever-competitive market of online fashion, Birdsnest as a business case study stands head and shoulders above the rest. We are thrilled to be working with such an entrepreneurial group of women on their long-term vision for the brand.”

The appointment follows recent wins for The Hallway with Italian tomato brand Mutti joining clients Google, Tourism & Events Queensland, Jordans Cereal, Ryvita, NSW Government and Fuji Xerox.

The Hallway is currently Campaign Asia Independent Agency of the Year (AU/NZ) as well as B&T Employer of the Year.
