Formerly a creative director and copywriter with JWT San Juan, Puerto Rico, Lixaida led the creative team at that office helping build it into one of the top offices of the JWT network.

During her 14 years at JWT Lixaida worked on a wide range of brands, including Ford, Unilever, Kraft, Nestlé, Pepsi, Gatorade, Walgreens, AT&T, Diageo, Cadbury and Heineken, among others. She has developed campaigns – integrated, promotions, radio, print, TV – from start to finish and has created innovative Facebook and mobile apps.

“Lixaida brings world-class creativity and leadership to Mistress,” says Harris. “She’s been awarded in categories from banking to beverages, and her attitude is as fresh as her work so she’s a huge asset to the agency and our clients.”

Lixaida’s work has been recognized at Cannes, winning Silver and Bronze Lions, the Clio Awards, The One Show, Communication Arts, and the London International Festival. This year Lorenzo will be judging the Clio Awards.

“She thinks just like we do: in a very disciplined but experimental way, so we know she’s going to be an awesome fit into our highly diverse team.” says Eley.

“I instantly fell in love with Mistress’s entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity,” said Lixaida.
