Julius Marlow targets businessmen at Qantas’ Sydney + Melbourne terminals in new campaign

55da75247bde21440380196 (1).jpgWith its latest marketing campaign, Julius Marlow is targeting the bustling businessman’s metropolis – the Qantas domestic terminals in both Sydney and Melbourne.

The men’s footwear brand is promoting its unique Flight Path Technology, which ensures the Julius Marlow performance range is metal detector friendly, eliminating the inconvenience of removing shoes through airport security.

The marketing campaign includes a shoe shine activation inside both the Sydney and Melbourne Qantas Club Lounges; security tray advertising in domestic terminals in both cities; advertising in the Qantas in-flight magazine; and a consumer promotion with a $10,000 travel voucher as the major prize, run across both Australia and New Zealand.

The shoe shine will run from 7am-11am weekdays for two weeks from Monday 24th August, targeting the peak hour commute on Qantas’ most popular domestic route. Free shoe shining will be offered in a custom-built, Julius Marlow branded shoe shine bicycle, with a selection of new range shoes on display to purchase via iPad.

Tray advertising focuses on Flight Path Technology and the slogan ‘Keep Your Shoes On,’ whilst magazine advertising highlights the fashion and performance element of the range, designed to carry men through day to night in style and comfort.

The ‘Take Flight’ consumer promotion will launch on Monday 31st August, with every purchase from Julius Marlow’s O2 Motion or Crystal Sole range within the competition period earning one entry into the draw to win the $10,000 travel voucher.

The overarching marketing campaign is designed to highlight the unique combination of performance and fashion offered by the Julius Marlow footwear range, which recently launched its new Spring/Summer campaign.
