Having created some of Innocean’s most highly regarded campaigns to date, their irreverent style of work caught the eye of agency ECDs Wade Devers and Pete Johnson, with the team being hired in Cannes this year.

Determined to reach the creative heights they enjoyed with their “Drivers Wanted” campaign for Volkswagen, Arnold Worldwide has recently invested heavily in new creative talent, starting with the appointment of worldwide chief creative officer, Jim Elliot (pictured above left).

Says Perston: “I’ve always wanted to work in a big, iconic US agency, so this opportunity was too good to pass up. Their renewed focus on the work made the decision a no-brainer.”

Says Cramp: “Arnold is rediscovering their extraordinary creative heritage, and their recent campaign for Solar City proves this. We’re both extremely excited to be a part of this new creative push, as well as indulging in Boston’s famous clam chowder.”
