Exit leads Aussie pack at finalist stage of the LIA Awards Production and Post-Production category

Samsung_ASP-thumb-350x195-158203.jpgLondon International Awards (LIA) has today announced the shortlist for the Production & Post-Production category. Australia has scored eight finalists with Exit leading the pack with three finalists: Samsung ‘Every Day is Day One’ which was shortlisted twice and  Qantas ‘Feels Like Home”.

Finalists from Australia scoring one shortlisted entry each is Leo Burnett for Honda HR-V ‘Dream Run’; The Works Sydney for Sea Shepherd ‘Ultimate Death Scene’; Nylon Studios Sydney for Toyota Hilux ‘Unbreakable Drivers’; FINCH Sydney for Volkswagen ‘The People’s Film, 60 Years Together’ and Method Studios for Nightingale and the Rose by Oscar Wilde ‘Nightingale and the Rose’.

A total of 91 entries have been shortlisted in the category. The United Kingdom dominates the field with 31 shortlisted entries, with United States (21) and Germany (10) also faring well.

Production Jury (1).jpgLizie Gower, managing director and founder of Academy Films, presided over a strong jury composed of Adrian Bosich, Richard De Aragüés, Davud Karbassioun, Alexander Schildt, Wilf Sweetland, Ivo van Vollenhoven and Jacqui Wilkinson.

Winners will be announced on November 10th.
