technicians-help.jpgTechnology repair specialist Geeks2U has launched a new national brand campaign on radio via Eardrum, and the response has been immediate.

Says David Hancock, managing director, Geeks2U: “We’ve used radio in the past, but this campaign has delivered a significant increase in enquiries almost from day one.”

The ads, created by audio specialist agency Eardrum, juxtapose the overwhelming joy of a satisfied customer, with an understated Geeks2U technician.

Says Ralph van Dijk, founder, Eardrum: “This campaign is all about the relief of getting an IT problem solved. To us non-techy mortals, these guys are miracle workers.”

Says Mark Noakes, national sales director, Macquarie: “Great creative coupled with our highly responsive national audience is always a recipe for a big campaign result.”

Commercial Radio Australia is currently running a multi-million dollar creative campaign highlighting radio advertising’s high return on investment (also created by Eardrum.)

Says Hancock: “We’re delighted with the new radio creative and excited to see how much further the response develops with time.  After all, it’s only been two weeks.”
