Now in its second year, ESSA’s ’30 days, 30 reasons to exercise’ campaign, the brainchild of ESSA’s creative and content marketing team, is an Exercise Right initiative developed as part of ESSA’s exercise awareness month. Once again, it has been backed by high profile athletes, nutritionists, chefs, musicians and writers – each of whom share their reasons for exercising and inspire the masses to get moving.

Find out more about our celebrity ambassadors and what they have to say for #ExerciseAwarenessMonth on the Exercise Right Facebook page or Exercise Right website.
