The campaign reinforces LJ Hooker’s focus on creating exceptional customer experiences in the highly competitive real estate industry.

The Holla Agency was appointed in August to work with LJ Hooker to help shift perceptions of LJ Hooker to a modern and relevant brand.

The Holla Agency’s purpose-led strategic work sees a new promise for the brand with the ‘Make Dreams Happen’ tagline.

According to LJ Hooker CEO, Grant Harrod the new tagline is an emotive, aspirational declaration that is entirely focused on who matters most; the customer.

Says Harrod: “Our aim is to create world-class experiences for our people and our customers, helping them achieve their aspirations and dreams through property.”

The new campaign articulates the experience of buyers and sellers; their dreams of what buying or selling their property can provide – a room of their own, a place for a loved one to pursue a passion, the chance to finally do something they’ve always wanted to do.

The agency has brought this to life with the launch of a new television commercial that appeared on TV screens throughout Australia on Monday evening.

The campaign will be supported through a comprehensive media-buy across various time slots on Australia’s dominant television network Channel Nine, including The Block finale.

Says Alex Allwood, CEO, The Holla Agency: “Our ambition is to work with brands like LJ Hooker who are putting customer experience at the heart of their organisations and who recognise that customer advocacy represents future business growth.”
