The most recent additions, Torey Woff as senior account manager and Matt Peek as head of client services. The duo arrive with unique expertise having spent much of their career servicing large-scale clients at leading advertising agencies.

Woff joins Redhanded with 6.5 years’ experience working across an array of industry categories, particularly food and government. Woff believes now is the perfect time to be helping urbanites see the true value of agricultural industries.

Says Woff: “There is a closing gap between farmers and the metro consumer, which is exciting. The recent acknowledgement by the AFL to create a farmer’s round is a good example of this. So it’s important that we understand and explore emerging opportunities with our clients.”

Woff will play a key role in developing and strengthening client relationships and supporting junior staff development.

Says Peek: “Making the switch to Redhanded was primarily driven by the agency’s reputation and vision. There are so many creative agencies now, what drew me to Redhanded is they are an agency with a clear and unique proposition, they have stood by that vision and reaped the rewards committing to a greater Australia. It’s that strength in leadership which was the biggest draw card.”

Peek is a multi-disciplined advertising account director with 10 years’ experience and a proven track record in strategy, coordinating national integrated campaigns and achieving outstanding business outcomes for clients such as Infiniti Cars, Pedders Suspension and Swann Insurance. He is passionate about branded content and also has an impressive film making background as a two-time Tropfest top 16 finalist.

Redhanded MD Jim Gall said the appointments of both Woff and Peek were a critical part of Redhanded investing in its client relationships to improve focus and client satisfaction.

Says Gall: “With Torey’s experience in behavioural change, particularly in the digital sphere and Matt’s content and production background, we are better equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients across a host of categories from agriculture and government, right through to food, health and lifestyle. We’re really pleased we have been able to attract this type of talent.”
