The College of Design and Social Context at RMIT in Melbourne is seeking an advertising lecturer who wants to shape the advertising of 2025

RMIT-design.jpgAdvertising is changing faster than ever before, and the RMIT College of Design and Social Context is seeking a full-time lecturer who can not only keep up with that upheaval, but prepare a whole new generation to do work that changes the world.

Are you an experienced advertising creative with a passion to foment advertising that makes a difference? Are you curious about new forms and approaches? Do you have a background as an award-winning copywriter or art director? Are you comfortable in social media? In production?

Do you wonder what advertising even is these days? Good.

You must be prepared to teach but also to keep learning. You will maintain a wide industry network. You must be willing to undertake research projects and demonstrate a collaborative work ethic.

This is a fixed term opportunity until June of 2018, with a salary range of $87,487 to $103,893 and a 17 per cent super.
