The Joneses can’t believe their eyes in the latest television campaign for FreeviewPlus via Jungle

Screen Shot 2015-12-07 at 6.25.04 am.jpgFreeview has launched the latest execution in its Keeping up with the Freemans campaign, produced by Jungle.

The new spot shows the patriarch of the Freeman family demonstrating to his smug neighbour, Mr Jones, the choice available to him with FreeviewPlus. It comes as a surprise to Mr Jones that Mr Freeman has so much choice and control with access to both live and catch-up TV on the TV for free.

The latest ad is the second in a major campaign which brings to life the Hybrid TV service, FreeviewPlus, through the typical Aussie Freeman family.

Says Liz Ross, CEO, Freeview: “We’ve had a wonderful response to our new campaign. We’re seeing a strong uplift in our website traffic indicating that viewers are identifying with the Freemans and how they enjoy watching their favourite shows.”

The subsequent commercials will introduce various members of the Freeman clan and illustrate various aspects of the FreeviewPlus service and will roll out throughout the first half of 2016.

Says Ross: “We’re looking forward to everyone getting to know the rest of the family.”
