The Monkeys + Collider win gong at CSS Design Awards for The University of Sydney’s ‘Here’ site

The University of Sydney’s virtual tour website ‘Here’ has been recognised as the Best Education Website of 2015 by the CSS Design Awards.

The website, created by The Monkeys and Collider, allows people to explore Australia’s oldest university from every angle with an impressive 360 degree interactive tour, allowing them to pause at any time to study in more detail.

Judged by an international panel of web designers, developers and creatives, ‘Here’ surpassed all others in its category to receive a ‘Best in Class’ award.

The recent win comes off the back of ‘Here’ winning both FWA ‘Site of the Day’ and ‘Mobile of the Day’, Awwwards ‘Site of the Day’, Communication Arts ‘Webpick of the Day’ and CSS Design Awards ‘Site of the Day’.

Says Morten Halvorsen, interactive creative director, The Monkeys: “It’s not only a pat on the back from a creative standpoint, but the recognition we’ve received has also doubled the traffic to the site, so both the team and the client are really excited about this.”
