MitchandPaul.jpgToday sees the official launch of Banter, an independent brand experience agency co-founded by ex-Ensemble duo, Mitchell Loadsman (left), previously national activations director and Paul Den (right), previously strategy and ideas director, in partnership with the Hausmann Group.

Banter will specialise in the creation, production and execution of what it’s calling “earned experiences”. Its offering will be focused in the experiential space, with the ability to integrate and amplify ideas via the broader Hausmann Group talent and expertise.

Says Den: “Great banter is something you have with someone you genuinely understand and like. It can be witty, original, playful, fun. The word to us stands for a very human and conversational way of behaving. The name was also something we gravitated to in light of our goal to create experiences that people and the media both talk about.”

Says Loadsman: “We’re really excited to be part of the Hausmann Group and work with some amazingly talented communications experts that can help make experiential ideas work harder and more effectively.”

Banter will sit within the Hausmann Group’s Paddington office and will be co-run by Loadsman and Den. The agency will work both collaboratively with the Hausmann Group and independently with direct clients.

Says Judi Hausmann, CEO of the Hausmann Group: “With the launch of Banter, we’ve strengthened and diversified our total communications offering even further. Mitch and Paul are two great talents in the industry and we’re excited about what they’ll bring to the agency group and our clients.”
