SEEK Profile.jpgClemenger BBDO Melbourne has created a new campaign, Let Opportunity Come to You, for Seek’s profile product.

Airing in both Australia and New Zealand, the campaign is a significant step in showcasing Seek’s product offering to support and partner with candidates throughout their career journey – from first job to dream job.

A Seek profile is another way of being alerted to opportunities, whether you’re actively looking for a new job or just keeping an eye on the market. Employers can view your experience (based on your privacy setting) and get in touch – meaning rather than always having to search for a job, opportunities can come to you. A Seek profile also brings you the latest industry insights as well as job recommendations, including those you may not have even known about.

Seek brand and candidate manager Babi Kahveci says the use of big data makes Seek profile an intuitive and responsive tool.

Says Kahveci: “This is another way for candidates to monitor the employment market. In fact, 90% of candidates will receive job recommendations within a week of creating a profile.

“With a Seek profile, candidates will now be able to take advantage of Seek’s sophisticated insights, matching technology and leadership within the employment marketplace, to find their right next job”.

The 45″ TVC, directed by Finch’s Brian Aldrich, uses humour to demonstrate how opportunity finds you when you least expect it.

Says Richard Williams, creative director, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne: “We wanted to dramatise that a Seek Profile means even when you’re not searching for jobs, opportunity can still find you.”

The spot launches on Monday night as part of Seek’s sponsorship of Australia’s Got Talent, alongside a TV roadblock.

In partnership with Starcom, the integrated campaign features ongoing media activity including large format outdoor, digital display, and social activity, which all work to demonstrate how Seek Profiles works for you. Isobar has created social content videos encouraging people to show off their skills in three spots directed by John Pace.
