303 MullenLowe is expanding its creative department with Harry Stanford (left) joining as senior integrated copywriter from London, and Jeena van der Heul (right) joining as interactive art director from Amsterdam.

Back in the UK, Stanford produced award-winning campaigns at some of Britain’s most renowned creative hot shops – most recently working at BBH and RKCR/Y&R, having previously worked at Havas London. He’s helped to create campaigns for clients including Peugeot, Audi, Tesco, Chivas Regal, the BBC, V05, Land Rover and Vodafone.

Van der Heul joins from J. Walter Thompson. His first role in advertising was at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, working on Nike as an art director, and since then he’s worked at top digital agencies in Europe and Canada.

After arriving in Australia in February, van der Heul launched a side project called ‘Tweet Me Out’ to help him get the most out of his time in Sydney by swapping local advice for beers.

Says Richard Morgan, executive creative director, 303 MullenLowe: “Both these guys bring varied skill sets that sit at the intersection of ideas, digital and data. With their global experience, Harry and Jeena will help to put us on the front foot in when it comes to the ever-changing nature of our business.”

Over the past six months, 303 MullenLowe has been growing its account management, creative, digital, media, production and finance departments off the back of several new business wins last year.
