Fiction duo Natalie Erika James and Emma Haarburger shoot new spots for Scent of Byron
Fiction director-producer duo Natalie Erika James and Emma Haarburger have released two TVCs for cosmetics brand, Scent of Byron.
Shot at a sumptuous 200 frames-per-second, the spots feature a “King of the Beards” character in a lush rainforest for Scent of Byron’s Beard Oil product as well as a picturesque utopia of girls lounging on the beach for its Soul Oil product.
Says James: “The idea was to capture a scene that looked almost like a moving painting. We wanted to make something slick that would recall the natural beauty of Byron Bay through a slightly comical lens.”
The pair are the latest addition to Fiction, joining director-producer team Jake Robb and Jackie Fish. The latter are known for their Kleenex TVCs featuring Barry Hall and an array of impressive TVCs including the latest WorkSafe campaign.
