HT.jpgNAB is inviting customers in Melbourne’s CBD to get tappin’ happy this week to celebrate the arrival of NAB Pay, its mobile payment solution for Android users.

Cooked up in partnership with The Taboo Group, the ‘NAB Happy Tappers’ pop-up at the State Library of Victoria offers NAB Pay users 5 days of comically cheap deals on some of the city’s most sought after brands.

HT2.jpgOn Monday tappers tucked into 10¢ tapas by Matt McConnell’s Bar Lourinhã, washed down 6¢ Greene St. Juices on Tuesday. 7¢ Happy Socks were Wednesday’s star attraction, and Mr Burger is serving up 1 Buck Burgers today. To top the week off, NAB Pay users can tap into 5¢ flower bouquets by Botanics of Melbourne tomorrow.

Says Julia Edwards, head of deposits and HT3.jpgpayments marketing at NAB: “To introduce NAB Pay, we were keen to do something fun and give our NAB Pay customers the reward they deserve.”

Says Andrew MacKinnon, managing director at Taboo: “We love working with NAB to create remarkable moments for their brand. The best way to get someone to change their behavior is through action, not HT4.jpgwords – this is how we approached this brief.”
