Nagorcka brings with him almost 20 years' experience as a multi international awarded creative, highly proficient across all channels, and working on brands such as BMW, Emirates, Nintendo, SEEK, Cadbury Schweppes, Fosters, Myer and AAMI, to name but a handful.
Says Nagorcka: "The opportunity to work for a truly independent, full service agency on the rise is fantastic, especially one that understands the power of creative and media in one space. With their partnership culture, down-to-earth attitude and a no silo approach, Noisy Beast understands their clients' business challenges, which affords the opportunity to deliver truly creative and effective solutions to build better brands."

Hardy, newly appointed group account director on Swisse Wellness, has more than 14 year's experience, with an impressive array of international stints including Colenso BBDO in Auckland, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis in New York, and more recently at top agencies in Melbourne.

Says Hardy: "I'm so excited to be joining such a dynamic team with global growth aspirations - Swisse is truly one of Australia's great success stories, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the next chapter in Asia."

Hardy's boundless energy and impressive international credentials ensure she's able to offer clients a strong understanding of what's required to expand their brand. Her role extends across Australia, New Zealand and China.

Says Adam Hilton, managing director, Noisy Beast: "Justin and Jo's appointments immeasurably strengthen our creative and service leadership credentials, to the massive benefit of the agency and our clients; building on our full service approach which continues to deliver strong results. We're delighted to have them on board, boosting new product development and driving new business initiatives as we enter an exciting new period of growth for the agency, particularly poised as we are to enjoy continued growth both in Australia, China and further afield."

Noisy Beast is a full-service communications agency representing a growing list of over 20 clients including Swisse Wellness, Swann Insurance, Infiniti Luxury Cars and P&G Teva.
