Says Pete Cerny, executive creative director, Channel T: “We were tasked to make Whopper relevant again, and nothing is more relevant than the 2016 Election. And it’s about time Australia had the chance to vote in Australia’s first ever burger Prime Minister.”

Running with a campaign slogan of ‘It’s time for better’, Whopper aims to build an Australia where all citizens can enjoy better tasting burgers and where the country can access all the Whoppers they want and deserve.

Says Scott Baird, chief marketing officer at Hungry Jack’s: “Hungry Jack’s is known for making better burgers. And we see this campaign as a great way to bring Whopper’s quality and taste to the people in a fun and engaging way.”

The campaign is now in full swing at 400 plus Hungry Jack’s restaurants Australia-wide. Voting online at www.WhopperForPM.com.au is expected to be brisk, with voters eagerly seeking the rewards on offer.

The campaign will air nationally on television, press, online and heavily in social media.
