The Works appoints dynamic duo Mark Emerton and Tracy Richardson in creative lead roles

Kick-starting his 19-year career at Boomerang Integrated Marketing, Emerton has held senior creative and art director roles at DDB, RAPP, Droga 5 and OgilvyOne working on clients including American Express, GE Money, Foxtel and Toyota.

Emerton’s wealth of experience across a broad mix of sectors including automotive, banking, charities and healthcare has seen him recognized at ADMA, Caples and Globals along with judge the Global Healthcare Awards and regularly tutor at the Direct Marketing Creative School.

 

Richardson’s diverse career has seen her work with agencies such as 303Mullen, WiTH Collective, Naked Communications and Ogilvy and across clients including Qantas Loyalty, Fuji Xerox, Sydney Swans, Commonwealth Bank and Telstra.

 

An award winning skillset for creating surprising and impactful client solutions, Richardson has received recognition for over 30 awards across Australia, Europe, the UK and the US including a Grand Prix at ADMA.
