COWBOYS-PastedGraphic-2 copy.jpgSydney-based creative duo of Matt Sterne and Jarrad Collings decided to launch their own folio chat bot after tinkering with Messenger and AI platforms for recent brand communication briefs.

Matt Sterne, former executive creative director of Edge and Jarrad Collings, former creative director of Reborn teamed up at the start of the year and have been frolicking around with the likes of VML, R/GA, King Content, Reborn and Momentum to name a few.

Their messenger folio puts all their info, a bunch of projects and assorted ‘easter eggs’ into an easily digestible interactive format that delivers information and bite sized content in seconds.

Says the pair: “We launched the folio bot as we felt it might be a useful way for time poor agency folk to check out our work on the move.

“Time is a precious thing. The less time looking at creative folios means more time reading emails or sitting at the pub with your favourite drop of something cold, so It’s a win-win. There’s an overwhelming push in the tech community around AI, with leading brands such as Apple, Facebook and Microsoft announcing developer SDK’s to build bots around their various eco-systems.

“While initial trials and gimmicks out there (like ours) aren’t quite yet finessed, it’s cool to play with and get your head around the principals of artificial intelligence and what you can do with it for brand and customer service communications.”

The bot can be viewed in Facebook Messenger on a mobile or desktop device by searching for ‘Two Mad Cowboys’ or a direct URL
