FullSizeRender (1).jpgFoundation has announced the appointment of Liz Wigmore (left), previously head of client service, to the newly created position of general manager, effective immediately. Wigmore has been with Foundation, Omnicom’s boutique media agency offering, for eleven years.

Says Lachlan Jones, managing director, Foundation: “Foundation is going from strength to strength and a big part of that success is down to Liz’s relationships with clients, her colleagues and the respect that she receives from our media partners. When it became apparent that we needed someone to take a broader operations role across our growing business, Liz was the obvious and most qualified choice to take that on.”

Says Wigmore: “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help steer the future direction of Foundation and help Lach and the rest of the team deliver our best work for our clients.”

As part of Wigmore’s recent review of services, Foundation has brought on two extra digital specialists to help meet growing client needs due to both organic growth and new business wins. They are Louise Hutley (centre) who joins Foundation from Vizeum in the role of digital account manager in the Mercedes-Benz team, and Lily Wu (right), who has been transferred to Foundation from PHD under the OMG internal mobility policy. Wu has been promoted to senior digital account manager and will work across a suite of premium client accounts.
