Michele Daly launches worldwide recruitment and management consultancy The Daly Connective

IMG_9585 (1).jpgThis week marks the launch of The Daly Connective, the worldwide creative recruitment and management consultancy of advertising’s own Michele Daly.

 

Daly has taken a fresh approach to her business –  one that embraces collaboration over competition, offers a menu of services to fit individual client needs, and incentivizes colleague referrals.

 

Her model also provides a charitable give-back contribution with every placement.

Says Daly: “As good things happen for us within the creative community, it’s our opportunity to help good things happen beyond it.”

 

Daly has perspective both as an in-house and independent recruiter, and says she’s learned over time where the hiccups are in the recruitment process – and applied that thinking to her business.

Daly has spent most of her 18-year career working in worldwide leadership roles, looking after creative talent for networks such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Y&R. Raised by international icons Bob Isherwood, Tony Granger, and Pablo Del Campo, connecting with creative talent from all over the world has always been Daly’s favorite part of her role.

 

While Daly is based in NY and UK, her brand is international.
