NRMA-1 (1).jpgBuilding on the success of the last years campaign, NRMA has launched 2.0 of its “For That Moment When…” campaign by playfully exploring the simple truth behind its Roadside Assistance proposition. That no matter how small or trivial roadside emergencies might seem. NRMA Roadside Assistance is here to help.

Directed by Infinity Squareds’ Daniel Reisinger, the series of spots use whimsical, visual comedy to depict relatable, everyday and unexpected moments that stop you in your tracks.

From losing your spare tyre down a mountain to a midnight skinny dip that goes horribly wrong. NRMA demonstrates it understands that these (sometimes) seemingly small things, can have a great emotional weight for their customers, and that, they’re just a phone call away.

NRMA-2 (1).jpgSays Matt Siddons, senior marketing, NRMA: “In a world where cars experience fewer mechanical break downs, the ‘That Moment When’ campaign ‘celebrates’ what can go wrong when car owners make a mistake. We believe that humour was an NRMA-3 (1).jpgimportant ingredient of the campaign’s success last year so we’ve dialed-up the humour this time around. We are really pleased with the work and hope that people enjoy it.”

As NRMA customers come from all walks of life, fittingly the spots NRMA-4 (1).jpgfeature a cast from diverse backgrounds including one who was a film star back in his native Russia who only speaks broken English.

The campaign continues to challenge customers to choose NRMA in a market where roadside assistance is so readily available to car owners through so many providers.

The next instalment in the series will be released later.
