Sound studio Smith & Western picks up only Gold in Music at 2016 Promax Awards in Sydney

Smith & Western has won Gold in the Music category at the Promax Awards, held at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney.

At a glittering affair where 53 awards were handed out, Smith & Western took out the only music award for its work on a Network Nine promo to celebrate David Attenborough’s 90th Birthday.

The winning spot aired extensively earlier this year across the Nine Network when Attenborough turned 90 to promote his new awe inspiring masterpiece “The Hunt”.

Smith & Western’s work also featured on 3 other Gold Awards and 2 Silvers on the night.
