The Global Awards and Bravo announce 2016 winners in Sydney; Nomad & Deepend, Ogilvy CommonHealth and Ward6 earn Global Awards

3 (1).jpgThree Global Awards were presented to three Australian agencies at last night’s annual Bravo! Awards ceremony held by The Communications Council in Sydney.

Australian 2016 Global Award winners included Ogilvy CommonHealth for Metacam / Prescription anti-inflammatory medication for cats & dogs ‘Still Going Strong’ in Animal Health; Ward6 for Flordis ‘Medicine Grown From Science’ in Illustration and Nomad & Deepend for National Acoustic Laboratories ‘Sound Storm’ in Mobile.

Running parallel with the Global Awards ceremony in New York, Bravo! celebrates the world’s best healthcare advertising, recognising the outstanding talent and achievements from the Asia Pacific region.

A total of 44 Global Awards were delivered internationally, with the Grand Global Award presented to Grey Group Singapore for DanChurchAid (DCA) – Category Television.

Agency of Year was 6 (1).jpgawarded to FCB Health, and for the fifth year in a row Network of the Year went to McCann Health.

Client of the Year – a special Bravo! award judged by leading healthcare creative director, Phil Brown and Tony Hale, CEO of The7 (1).jpg Communications Council – was presented to Jessica Danaher at Galderma for Mirvaso nominated by McCann Health.

A highly commended was also awarded to the team at ANZGOG, nominated by Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness for its ‘Save the Box’ campaign.

The Global Awards receives entries from healthcare corporations, hospitals, advertising agencies, production companies and design studios that produce communications for medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare related products and services. All entries are judged by the Global Awards Grand and Executive Juries comprised of international industry experts, representing the top creative minds in the field of healthcare advertising.
