Hunt brings with him nearly 20 years experience at Mojo, Campaign Palace, TBWA, BMF and VCCP. Prior to joining J. Walter Thompson in January this year, he was the founding creative director of VCCP Sydney, introducing comparethemarket.com.au to Australia, before going on to win accounts such as ING Direct, Appliances Online and Fitness First.

While at BMF Sydney, he created award-winning work for Football Federation Australia and Schweppes Solo, and his work has been recognised at D&AD, Cannes and ADMA.

Hunt joins 303 MullenLowe in early 2017.

Says Richard Berney, executive creative director of 303 MullenLowe, Perth: “In Dean, we are continuing to invest in ground-breaking creative. He is an incredibly important hire – so good, he makes me nervous. These butterflies have always been my harbinger of great creative, so I couldn’t be more excited about 2017.”

Says Hunt: “303 MullenLowe felt like a great tonal fit for me – there’s an energy I couldn’t resist. I’m looking forward to having some fun, working with old and new friends, and continuing to build on the momentum garnered at this well-poised agency. Exciting times ahead.”

Jess Witt is also joining 303 MullenLowe as art director. After a four-year stint in Berlin working on brands such as Smart car and Becks at BBDO, Witt is returning to her hometown in 2017 with a Cannes Lion, Clio, LIA, and Effie in tow.

Says Berney: “Dean and Jess add firepower to our creative department, bringing worldliness, talent and above all enthusiasm into our four walls. This has always been our way, but you never get tired of welcoming people who really embody the 303 spirit.”

Witt also starts her new role in January 2017.
